Frequently Asked Questions

♦In the case of a cancellation, deposits made as part of a booking are non-refundable and not transferable to another departure.

♦In the case of a cancellation due to medical reasons between 43-30 days prior your arrival, we require a medical certificate. With this, we will provide a credit note of a value of 50% of the booking for the guest. This credit note is valid for another departure/trip/hotel reservation valid for one year from the cancellation date. This credit note will not be issued for departures during Peak Season.

NOTES (Exceptions) due to extreme conditions:

An administration Fee of 200 Euro or US $230.00 (depending the destination) administration fees could be charged if cancellations are made 36 hours days after a deposit has been made due to a medical/emergency cancellation reason only.

♦In the case of cancellation due to death, we require a certificate. With this, we will provide a credit note of a value of 50% of the booking for a future departure by a friend or family member. This credit note is valid for another departure for one year from the cancellation date. This credit note will not be issued for departures during Peak Season.

♦In case of non-payment of the balance by the due date, allEexpeditions will treat the booking as cancelled by the Client.

♦A no show Passenger “no show” or trip interruption before it ends (Early departure) will come in 100% of the fees (no refund). 100% cancellation will be charged.

♦ All cancellations must be in writing and with confirmation of it by all passengers. Unless otherwise indicated, allexpeditions requires full payment one month prior to trip departure. Our cancellation polices are:

♦ On confirmation of a reservation, a minimum of 25% of your tour cost is required.

♦100% of the cost of the trip needs to be deposited between 45-30 days prior your arrival depending on the destination. In the case of Galapagos, at least 3 months ahead.

♦ Notification at least 60 days prior to the start of the intended arrival, will reimburse 50% of the deposit
♦ Notification between 45 to 59 days prior to arrival date, we will reimburse 25% of the total deposit.

In some cases, no refunds will be made if a 25% of non refundable deposit was applicable. Each destination has different deposit regulations.

♦ Notification between 30 to 44 days, no refunds. Full payment (100% ) of the total reservation will be charged.

♦ This cancellation fees are not applicable for a Galapagos Islands Trip.

♦ Cancellation Terms and Conditions may vary depending on your travel arrival dates.

Travel dates, itineraries, Hotels, Transfers, activities and health problems

♦Penalties vary according to each destination and tour operation.

Please mention this possibility at the time of your reservation.

Yes, You will receive an Invoice immediately after your Credit Card is charged.

♦ If you make a Bank deposit, the Sales Representative will send you an Invoice either by email or after final payment, you are able to receive a printed receipt via post mail.

♦ If you make a wire transfer, as soon we receive notification of your final payment, the Sales representative in charge will send you the document.

♦ After a final payment is made, we will send your Confirmed Vouchers and this is all you will need to present to Our Travel Colleagues and operations team in your destination.

♦ Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

♦ All our Destinations offer Private Door-to- Door airport/Hotel transfer service that takes you from your front door to your departure airport.

We will arrange a pick-up time from your home that suits you, and your chauffeur will contact you to confirm the day before your departure, so you can be confident everything is running according to schedule.

Your chauffeur will meet you at your front door and assist with your bags before transporting you to the airport with ample time for check-in. This relaxing and stylish beginning to your tour will set the tone for the exciting days to come.

♦ Tips are not included

allexpeditions offers a Private Escort/Tour Director in most of our Specialized (Popular Travel Destinations mentioned in our website).

♦ Private Escorts/Tour Directors are there to introduce you to the local culture and history of your destination.

♦ They also organize daily activities and handle all tour logistics along the way. They will handle are your preferences, amenities, and will assist you 100% of the time during your trip.

Yes.

♦ While tipping is always at the discretion of the customer, we recommend you tip your tour director $5-8 per person per day of tour and your bus driver $5 per person per day of tour.

♦ You may tip the local guides at your own discretion.

♦ If your flight is delayed or cancelled, you will first need to work with the airlines to get on the next available flight.

♦ Once the airlines have confirmed you on a new flight, you can call allexpeditions, send an email to your allexpeditions Sales representative with the updated flight information so can notify our destination Team Operator.
