A no show Passenger: “no show” or trip interruption before it ends (Early departure) will come in 100% of the fees (no refund).
All cancellations must be in writing and with confirmation of it by all passengers. Unless otherwise indicated, Allexpeditions requires full payment one month prior to trip departure. Our cancellation polices are:
On confirmation of a reservation, a minimum of 25% of your tour cost is required.
100% of the cost of the trip needs to be deposited 30 days prior your arrival. In the case of Galapagos, at least 3 months ahead.
Notification at least 60 days prior to the start of the intended arrival, will reimburse 50% of the deposit
Notification between 45 to 59 days prior to arrival date, we will reimburse 25% of the deposit.
Notification between 30 to 44 days, no refunds. Full payment (100% ) of the total reservation will be charged.
- This cancellation fees are not applicable for a Galapagos Islands Trip.

Penalty for changes; Travel dates, itineraries, Hotels, Transfers, activities and health problems: Penalties vary according to each destination and tour operation. Please mention this possibility at the time of your reservation.
Will I receive a printed receipt after I pay for my tour and make the final payment?
Yes, You will receive an Invoice immediately after your Credit Card is charged. If you make a Bank deposit, the Sales Representative will send you an Invoice either by email or after final payment, you are able to receive a printed receipt via post mail. If you make a wire transfer, as soon we receive notification of your final payment, the Sales representative in charge will send you the document. After a final payment is made, we will send you your Confirmed Vouchers and this is all you will need to present to Our Travel Colleagues in your destination. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
All our Destinations offer Private Door-to- Door airport/Hotel transfer service that takes you from your front door to your departure airport. We will arrange a pick-up time from your home that suits you, and your chauffeur will contact you to confirm the day before your departure, so you can be confident everything is running according to schedule. Your chauffeur will meet you at your front door and assist with your bags before transporting you to the airport with ample time for check-in. What should you do if your flight is delayed or cancelled?
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, you will first need to work with the airlines to get on the next available flight. Once the airlines have confirmed you on a new flight, you can call Allexpeditions, send an email to your Allexpeditions Sales representative with the updated flight information so can notify our destination Tour Operator.

Do I need a passport to go to Mexico?
Yes! As of January 2007, all United States citizens are required to have a valid passport for travel outside of the United States and for most destinations it must be valid for 6 months beyond the return date from your tour.
